Salary: 4200 pounds/month

Main tasks and duties:

  • Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support
  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards and service level agreements
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and targets
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
