Main tasks and duties:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide assistance and support
- Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service
- Maintain thorough and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful assistance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software applications
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
