Salary: 4050 pounds/month

Main tasks and duties:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer complaints associates, providing guidance and support
  • Receive and review customer complaints, ensuring they are appropriately documented and prioritized
  • Investigate complex or escalated complaints, gathering necessary information and evidence
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and find appropriate resolutions
  • Monitor complaint resolution progress, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes
  • Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback and guidance for improvement
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment focused on customer-centricity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or complaint handling, with leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
