Salary: 4200 pounds/month

Main tasks and duties:

  • Supervise a team of customer complaints associates, ensuring efficient and effective complaint handling
  • Review and assess customer complaints, providing guidance on appropriate resolution strategies
  • Investigate complex or escalated complaints, gathering necessary information and evidence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address root causes and implement preventive measures
  • Monitor complaint resolution progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance complaint handling skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or complaint handling, with supervisory or leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to handle complex and sensitive customer situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and targets
