Main tasks and duties:
- Supervise a team of customer complaints associates, ensuring efficient and effective complaint handling
- Review and assess customer complaints, providing guidance on appropriate resolution strategies
- Investigate complex or escalated complaints, gathering necessary information and evidence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address root causes and implement preventive measures
- Monitor complaint resolution progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance complaint handling skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or complaint handling, with supervisory or leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to handle complex and sensitive customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and targets
