Main tasks and duties:
- Oversee the customer complaints department, ensuring efficient and effective complaint resolution
- Develop and implement strategies to improve complaint handling processes and customer satisfaction
- Analyze complaint data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address systemic issues and implement preventive measures
- Provide guidance and support to the customer complaints team, fostering a customer-centric culture
- Prepare reports and presentations on complaint metrics and performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in complaint management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or complaint handling, with leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
