Salary: 3580 pounds/month

Main tasks and duties:

  • Receive and document customer complaints, ensuring accurate and detailed information
  • Investigate customer issues and complaints, gathering all necessary evidence and information
  • Analyze complaints to identify root causes and trends, proposing appropriate resolutions
  • Liaise with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates and solutions regarding their complaints
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with upset or dissatisfied customers
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggestions for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or handling customer complaints is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
