Salary: 4200 pounds/month

Main tasks and duties:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve call center goals and objectives
  • Oversee the overall performance of the call center, ensuring high-quality customer service
  • Manage and lead a team of call center supervisors and agents, providing guidance and support
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing a call center or customer service operations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
